At luckanime.com, we strive to deliver your custom phone cases as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 (Flat rate for orders under $39).

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $39.00 USD.

2. Order Processing Time

Since our products are custom-made and undergo a strict quality assurance (QA) process:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed, custom-printed, and packed within 3 - 5 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time.

  • Operating Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

4. Shipping Origin

To provide the most unique custom designs at the best prices, we utilize a global fulfillment network. Your order will be dispatched from our main specialized production facility in Hong Kong or our international fulfillment centers, depending on your geographic location and local stock availability.

5. Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a "Purchase Confirmation" email immediately after ordering.

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped (after the 3-5 day processing period), we will send you a "Shipping Update" email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Status Update: Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Window: You may request a cancellation or modification within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After 6 Hours: Since our customization process begins quickly, we cannot cancel or change orders after this 6-hour window.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Luckanime is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
