Return & Refund Policy

At luckanime.com, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products specifically for you. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

1. Nature of Custom Products

Our phone cases are strictly personalized and custom-made. This means each item is:

  • Produced specifically based on your individual order (custom designs, uploaded photos, specific model adaptations, etc.).

  • Permanently customized and cannot be resold to other customers.

Legal Notice (EU/UK/EEA Customers): According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, all sales of our custom phone cases are final except in cases of manufacturing defects.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following specific cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has a functional or material fault.

  • Shipping Damage: The product arrived broken or damaged during transit.

  • Fulfillment Error: We sent the completely wrong model, color, or design (not related to personal taste).

Reporting Period: You must contact us at support@luckanime.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include clear photos or videos of the issue and your order number. Approved cases will receive a free replacement or a full refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items & Scenarios

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customer Errors: Selecting the wrong phone model (e.g., iPhone 15 instead of 15 Pro), typing errors in custom text, or uploading low-resolution images.

  • Change of Mind: "I don't like the design anymore" or "I changed my mind after production."

  • Used Products: Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging.

  • Delayed Shipping: Refunds will not be issued for carrier delays beyond our control.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 6 Hours: You can cancel your order for a 100% refund within 6 hours of purchase.

  • After 6 Hours: Since our production process is automated and starts almost immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders after 6 hours.


5. How to Process a Return

If your return is approved by our support team:

  1. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (defect/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other approved exceptions, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  3. Inspection: Once received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
